Pfeffer, Joined Market Properties, in 2004 after apprenticing at the Allen Tate Company. She is a
licensed Broker in both North & South Carolina, and a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor's Association.
She recently was awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest Not-for-profit affiliate of the
National Association of Realtors. Fewer than 4% of realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
She works full time with buyers & sellers as well as investors.
Her focus is maximizing profits and minimizing costs for her
clients by giving constant attention to current market conditions,
economic trends and changes in zoning & residential plans
in the booming North Mecklenburg area.
She, her husband Mark, a Certified Financial Planner, and
two grown sons, have resided in River Run in Davidson for
the past 12 years after relocating here from Detroit area.
She earned a bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Michigan State
University. She networks for her community by volunteering
on the New Membership Committee at RRCC (River Run Country
Club) and is the contributing real estate writer for the quarterly
Home Owners Association Newsletter. She is a proud sponsor
of the Annual Pro Am Tennis Tournament at River Run. |
