| After
twenty years of successfully marketing products for Fortune
500 companies, Adria Appleby decided to use those skills to
market homes. In the early 1990s, she started selling homes
in Charlotte with Marilyn Hartley Realty. In 1995, she purchased
her first investment property in the mountains of Alleghany
County, NC. Adria became hooked on the mountains as an area
to invest in real estate and a wonderful place to spend "
off time". Last year, she downsized and moved to Davidson,
NC to be closer to the mountains and to retire to an area
that reminds her of the community where she and her husband
grew up.
Adria graduated with honors from Plymouth State
University in New Hampshire with a BS in Education. Cooking
is her passion and she recently fulfilled a dream and graduated
from culinary school. She is now a certified Chef!
